Add your OpenXBL key in Settings, save your gamertag, then VaultX refreshes this account from Xbox every 30 minutes.
Physical — discs you can hold. Xbox has no API for a shelf.
Digital — Store / Game Pass / gifts. Title history is only games you launched, so unplayed purchases are manual (or imported, then cleaned up).
Achievements — progress from Xbox Live; missing lists fall back to TrueAchievements public pages.
Each VaultX account stores its own key. Get one at xbl.io while signed into the Xbox account you want to track. It is saved only on this account and used for the 5-minute refresh.
Official TA SOAP lives at api.asmx. It can resolve a GamerID and list locked RTDL achievements. It cannot dump a full per-game achievement guide. Apify is a paid third-party scraper, not TA.
Your account, Xbox cache, and collections live in vaultx.db on this machine. Export is an extra backup.
